My Philosophy

My Story

Hi, I'm Alyson Mancini, I grew up in Hanover, Va. From a very young age I've had a love for babies! I've always loved helping families and that eventually led me into being a missionary and caring for many babies and children! My passions are God, family, photography, horseback riding, baking and caring for people. I am a wife and a mother of two boys, and I have a passion in supporting women and their families though their birth journey. This all started for me in 2012 when my first son was born. His birth was not how I imaged it would be. I felt led to give women and families the tools to have the best experience for their birth. I'm certified through DONA International. I have other trainings and skills in comfort measures, Spinning Babies and Lamaze. I'm looking forward to supporting you in Nevada!

I have always loved caring for people! My look on Birth support is to

be that consistent person that the family needs. Every woman is different, so I adapt to her desires and needs for her birth. There is no wrong method on having a baby. Birth is surprising and different for every woman, so I'm there to support her and her family as they wish.
